Volant Internal CRT
Designed for top drive equipped rigs, the Volant Internal CRT offers a compact, lightweight construction compatible with a wide range of rig sizes and configurations. Its completely mechanical build streamlines rig-in and ongoing operations, reducing downtime and simplifying usage. With fill, circulate, rotate, reciprocate, and cement-through capabilities, the tool efficiently handles casing and liner strings, lowering non-productive time and associated costs. It is activated mechanically via tension and bidirectional top drive control, employing TAWG (Torque Activated Wedge Grip) technology. Safety is paramount—the dual release safety mechanism requires both weight and reverse rotation for controlled release from casing. By minimizing the need for extra rig floor personnel, the Volant Internal CRT further enhances site safety.

The Volant External Grip CRT is engineered for casing running and drilling with top drive rigs, providing reliable make-up, breakout, reciprocation, fill, circulation, and cementing of casing and liner strings. Its mechanical grip on the outside of the casing and instinctive operation enable rapid rig-in and adaptability to difficult hole conditions.
